1. Service Description
ClankerMails provides hosted email inboxes for bots and automations with REST API access and optional webhook delivery. The service is operated by Lambda Symbolics OÜ.
2. Account Registration
To use ClankerMails, you must create an account with a valid email address or sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
3. Subscription and Payments
ClankerMails offers free and paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are processed through Polar.sh.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
- Non-payment results in downgrade to the free tier.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Use inboxes to facilitate spam, phishing, or fraud
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Share your API keys with unauthorized parties
- Use automated tools to abuse the service in a way that degrades performance for others
5. Email Content
You are responsible for how you use the email data received through ClankerMails. We do not monitor the content of messages delivered to your inboxes, but we reserve the right to suspend accounts used for illegal activity.
6. Service Availability
ClankerMails is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Delivery of all inbound email (spam filters, sender reputation, and other factors may affect delivery)
- Availability of specific features
We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lambda Symbolics OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ClankerMails.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ClankerMails after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
